Design
AHS Group offer services to develop an initial concept based on a client’s requirement or idea. Following an initial feasibility assessment, we then develop the idea through to construction documentation with our in-house design team. In particular, our design team is supported by our construction team and consultants throughout the whole process to design in a collaborative manner. Above all, we understand how to design the unique operational functions into your project.
Manage
AHS Group will manage the entirety of the project for our clients from the initial concept idea through to project handover. For instance, our management team take care of all consent requirements, engage with all subcontractors, procure materials, and arrange for all inspections and final sign offs. Our experienced construction managers identify any risks early in the design phase. Then engaging with our subcontractors to offset mitigate these to ensure a smooth construction phase. Overall resulting in a stress-free experience for our clients.
