Brief:
The site in Taumarunui used to be a meat works facility, and has since been converted to a Pet Food Processing Plant. AHS has built several new buildings and carried out extensive upgrades to the existing structures. The new main extruder hall is approximately 1700m2 with the apex of the roof standing at 18 metres in height. AHS also managed the design, procurement and installation of the US built production line. The new buildings are custom made to fit the many pieces of factory plant sourced from all over the world. The finishes are hygiene grade Polypanel walls and ceilings and the platforms and steel work has been coated with epoxy finishes.
