Located in Pukekohe, Franklin Day Surgery is a purpose-built, day-stay hospital delivering essential healthcare services to the wider Franklin and North Waikato communities. The facility has been designed to support a high standard of patient care, incorporating two fully equipped operating theatres, imaging services, recovery beds, and a range of supporting clinical spaces.

Delivered across three key construction phases comprising of the base build, the day surgery fit-out, and a dedicated upstairs apartment for surgeon accommodation. This project required careful staging and coordination to ensure seamless integration of all components.

Commencing with a complex demolition phase, where portions of the existing structure were retained, the project presented a technically challenging environment from the outset. Working within these constraints, our team applied a considered and methodical approach to deliver each stage with precision.

The result is a high-quality, fully integrated medical facility that meets the demands of modern healthcare, reflecting our capability to successfully deliver complex commercial projects with multiple moving parts and critical performance requirements.
