Right on the beachfront in Bowentown, this modern bach is all about easy coastal living done right. Designed as the ultimate spot for family and friends to come together, the home features generous open-plan spaces that feel light, relaxed, and made for summer.

A big focus was creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow, with expansive decking wrapping the living areas to make the most of those panoramic ocean views. Everything opens up to the outdoors and the beach beyond, ideal for those summer nights. The layout has been thoughtfully split over two levels, with the downstairs set up as a space for the kids, while upstairs is all about the main living; soaking in the sun, views, and that classic beachside feel. Finished with a mix of Abodo timber and metal cladding, the exterior strikes a nice balance between natural warmth and a clean, modern edge. The end result is a true Kiwi bach – simple, stylish, and built for making the most of life by the water.
